Review Bad experience with Viva Travel Express C/o. Ltd.

At 2-1-19 I booked a night bus from Luangprabang to Ventiane for the 3-1-19 including the taxi, picking me up at 7.15 pm at my hostel, bus leaving at 8 pm. I paid 180'000 kip in advance. I've been waiting from 7 to 9 pm. The taxi did forget me and I had to book another night at the hostel.
The next day I went to the Viva Travel Express Limited Office to complain. I expected the ticket to be postponed for one day. But I had to pay another 90'000 kip.
This really is very bad and I do not recommend Viva Travel at all.
